Copy/paste:
HPBC solar panels are a high-efficiency solar cell technology that moves all electrical contacts to the rear of the cell, which maximizes the front surface area for sunlight absorption and offers a clean, sleek aesthetic. This design increases power generation, enhances durability, and improves performance in various conditions, making it a competitive alternative to traditional technologies like PERC solar cells.

i still dont understand what does moving electrical contacts to the rear of the cell mean but okay. does this result to a better shade ressistance in anyway?

I've got a battery backup solution at home I'm thinking about adding some solar panels to. Eco worthy only deals with 12v panels. Is it like batteries where you want the higher voltage? It seems to me you'd be running double the panels to get the same output of a 24v panel.

The 12V or 24V labels are kind of meaningless. The maximum power of these panels is achieved at 18.9V (it's in the fine print). Most controllers can only drop panel voltage to meet the battery voltage. Most 12V system run at around 14V. These panels are fine for any '12V' battery system. It would take either a special boost controller or 2 panels in series to power a '24V' system.

Shade resistance generally results from the number of bypass diodes on the panel

Pretty middling panels. The silver ones were $91 last month, but I see EcoWorthy raised prices across the board by 10% in last month. Don't see these being much cheaper in the futures due to the import taxes and trade wars.

I want to add another 200w panel to my existing RICH SOLAR 200w 2 panels on my RV. Can I do this or I need to match some existing panels specs with this one?

I was literally about to post that's my video and I have still been doing solar since then in fact today is the day I finish up my whole home system. Over 20,000W of Solar and over 80,000Wh of battery capacity.

The installer grade panels DESTROYED performance of these, but for a smaller 200w panel I am still happy with the 195w bi-facials I had from them, these all black panels honestly I am probably just going to give away.

Here is a demo of the new battery setup that is also Ecoworthy, so I do not hate this brand they have some good stuff, but this panel is not one of those things.

Bypass diodes and bus bars.

Its a much more complex topic than a simple answer though because it actually depends on how the shade falls on the panel more than how much shade. If you covered just one section it would trigger the internal bypass diode. But if a piece of shade went across all the seconds depending on the amount of shade it can bring the panel down to its knees.

The other main way to fight shade is more than one panel in parallel.

There are some new panels like Renogy that are specifically marketed to fight shade, but I have not tested on in person yet, probably just added some extra diodes and more bus bars th an you normally see on a small panel (more akin to what you see on a large installer grade panel, and one reason they do so much better in performance)

You can use mismatched panels but you need to match the specs of the panels.

If your wiring in parallel they need the same voltage or close, if your wiring in series they need the same current or close.

This is one of the next topics I cover soon in my Solar 101 course (Free on YouTube) after I go over Over paneling in the next class.

There is exact math for this, its not guess work. You can know before you buy how well it fits and if its a perfect match, or calculate your losses.

I have two different panels on my roof, I am running them to separate MPPT to avoid any losses, but I did pick them so that in a worst case I only use 1.5% if I mix them.

No just getting my house off grid capable. I'm expecting power rates to go up a lot over the next decade and we have the 30% credit until year end and my home has way too many power outages. So fixing that all in one fell swoop.
