I've personally used it as first time homeowner. Menards sell this brand on the bottom shelf. While it's a good price, you'll wish you would have sprung for the 3M or Frog tape. Horrible adhesion. Seems the only thing that this tape wants to stick to is itself. Might be good for garage sale pricing labels.
