I have the non fuel version of this ratchet. Had anybody compared the 2 and if the fuel is worth it?

If you're looking for more torque and speed with the compromise of size, yeah it's worth it.

I have several of the non-fuel 3/8" drive ratchets, I've used them for years. I haven't upgraded because all of the newer ones are bulkier. Nothing wrong with that if you have the room. But, I don't with all of the different equipment I work on. I already have the occasional issue where I can't fit an M12 ratchet, and it'll slow me down a bit.

Aside from that I hear these are great. Almost all of my other tools are FUEL now and it's a huge difference in performance.

I had the shorter non-fuel one and returned that to get the thinner head long reach fuel.IMO it's worth it - more reach and significantly better build quality
