Thanks OP, picked one up tonight. If it wasn't for the refurb packaging I couldn't tell it had ever been touched by human hands. Strong build, running Passmark right now just to make sure.

Is this actually a good deal despite the fact it's refurbished. This is about the specs I'm looking for but is it a good price? Should I be jumping on this? I'm willing to wait till Black Friday
