I was considered picking up this combo, instead - as I budgeted around $240 for a 265K.
My question, why is this Z890 ASUS motherboard have less features than the MSI B860? The appealing features for the MSI include 5Gbps Ethernet, Wi-Fi 7 and Thunderbolt 4. The Z890 has none of those!
I'm in an odd position with my 13600k, where I need to replace my ITX motherboard for one with more sata/pcie ports. Looking at the price of current (decent) LGA 1700 motherboard being around $200 dollars, with a deal like this I might as well upgrade.
Edit: Deal is back, but at $350. Still a decent deal though...
