Heck, I can make this bundle even cheaper. Good quality bamboo chopsticks are 25 pairs for $4, so 5 pairs is 80 cents. Pair that with $1 rice scoop and I can make this entire deal for $4.80. And that's for the good quality ones. Been using them for 15 years and they still function, no cracks or stains.
If you go with the basic, bottom of the barrel options with no designs I could probably make this deal for under $2.
