Okay after reading some posts here I can also confirm the code works for Delivery orders but with tips it's not much of a saving.

promoted to front page deal by staff even though it's an extreme YMMV and targeted promo because SD LLC needs to juice affiliate commissions by tricking more people to click their walmart links

I did add $50 worth of items but still not working. I guess that's the way of Walmart saying promo code not valid.
