Not a bad deal for a V11. You can get about 40 mins on a full charge.

It also includes a 2 year warranty. Has anyone ever used or claimed an issue within the 2-year warranty. Is it easy or is it very hard to get service?

I got a refurb on the last SV28 V11 Extra deal from ebay ($249 Aug 20, had a bunch of other attachments), I've since purchased an aftermarket 3rd party battery and set of fine dust motor filters, have had no issues and have used it extensively to clean a carpeted single story home with 2 small dogs and 2 large dogs, 2 cars, a garage, and a dryer.

I just bought the Torque+ model for $20 more, which will auto adjust according to floor types. Also came with some more accessories

Allstate sucks butt. Had issues with plenty of warranty claims with them.

My V11 I bought on 12/27/21 and it is still running strong! I have washed the filter a handful of times and never given it a thorough cleaning like I should and it has held up extremely well with 2 dogs, dirt, dust and debris. I've used for almost everything around the house and more so like a shopvac when drilling into walls and furniture building. Its great for hardwood floors and carpets.

Would not place any value on the warranty. But I have always had good luck with Dyson refurb. I have like 4 other vacs from this way... garage, office, home, etc.

I still have my V10 Dyson from 5 years ago. Original battery and we use it all the time. Construction projections, cars, stairs, hardwood, tile, carpet, rugs, everything. It just works. Buy an extra filter and occasionally I'll open it up and clean it out to keep it working nicely.

I'd gladly buy another if it breaks. It's completely replaced our old plug in vacuum, we don't even touch it anymore. If you have lots of stairs, you'll love this even more.

I have a V8, V10 and an Oversize all going strong (all refurbs from Dyson). You can get an aftermarket fluffy attachment for hardwood and AliExpress sells little glue on lasers you out on the side and it's almost just as good as the original one. My battery just died on my V8 and got a replacement on Amazon. 0 worries
