Seems to good to be true. Don't want to deal with getting junk and having to fight to get a refund. That or my house burning down from it.

What is going on is that China has a glut of these. That does not equate to a scam but prices on some bikes 50% or more off what they were just a short while ago. You can buy the same on amazon or walmart but it will be more.

This looks like the GLeeride A9 i just bought (and has been available on Ali via SD for $250 shipped) but a smaller motor and 1/2 the size of battery. I think you might get max 10 miles out of this one, so beware.

China has a glut of labor and raw materials. They can and do build good things very cheap. I surmise that the $300 Chinese made Dewalt drill only cost Dewalt $50 or maybe less.
