Dave's is solid - but not worth the chaos for a free sandie

Why do they have to do it like this, making it such a chaotic situation for both customers and employees with the insane lines. Why can't they spread it out over a week or with a unique code to use whenever so people can place pick-up orders whenever is convenient?

Promo is LIVE in S Cal now. I'm using IOS. Android can be problematic since some app many not be 100% functional with Google Play Services disabled (price you pay for a free OS).

I ordered at 11:16am EST and the line was already out the door. The restaurant was understaffed with only one person taking orders and packaging them.

The closest to me is 8 miles.
I love free things and deals, but for the cost of gas, that'd be $3 (roundtrip) for a free slider, as I'd have to go from the comfort of my home.
If the wait is ridiculous, that's losing more time in life also. I think I will need to pass on this one.
