Why do they have to do it like this, making it such a chaotic situation for both customers and employees with the insane lines. Why can't they spread it out over a week or with a unique code to use whenever so people can place pick-up orders whenever is convenient?

Not sure. I had problem with android. OK with IOS. Offer shows up in app but won't be able to use till 11 am PST.

I disabled google play store. Could be the reason why app didn't work. About 45 min line. Don't open QR code till ready to scan

Wow I remember when they were just a Food truck a few years ago. Kudos to the owner's for the quick growth. BUT... good Sando yet not worth the hype and long lines as some others have stated. Still worth a doordash though haha.
