Why do they have to do it like this, making it such a chaotic situation for both customers and employees with the insane lines. Why can't they spread it out over a week or with a unique code to use whenever so people can place pick-up orders whenever is convenient?

Just order online? I live in LA after 4 or 5 times waiting for 100's of to go orders I finally created an account and started pre ordering online

It's a hipster thing. They like to post how long they waiting on their story lol but seriously Dave's is definitely worth it. The OG Hollywood location used to have 2 hour wait times after the club. It's a cult following type thing for many of us from before it blew up

There was some miscommunication about the messages.
Order online or through the app (I use Chrome) to save time regularly.
Drake's free annual birthday sandwich must be redeemed in person—they'll have a separate line for it.
