Try Check Nearby Stores. Some items are available at different stores in my area. Also, I found an item at my store( Qty:6) when online it said Out of stock.

the store I went to (DMV area) has them piled up at a corner near checkout rather than the garden tool section or clearance section. Some of the tools have rusted bolts and scratches.

The store I went to (Zip-20850) has them in garden tool section, I did see a few with rust but most of them are good.

Brickseek has really fallen off, only shows 2 stores that are close to the zip entered into your account (free version), no option to see anything without logging in, sounds like not as accurate, etc...
I think I've seen a few new websites that may work similar, but I haven't really used them... If I'm wrong or these are out of date, someone let me know, let's see if I remember them correctly:

My local HD had several Dewalt post hole diggers for $17, normally $70.

I grabbed a rake because leaves are falling. This is pretty standard quality with low finish. I don't think it's worth the $30 price, but $9 is reasonable especially if you need a rake. Once the dewalt sticker wears off, you couldn't tell who makes this.

Mines was in the lawn and garden area with other rakes and also came with loose bolt holding the take to the handle.

Does the price show online or is it in style pricing only?

My local home depot showed 26 in stock of the rakes, went there and couldn't find anything. I checked everywhere and asked for help, the employees checked and the one in the garden section said there was a huge box of all of it and it mysteriously vanished. Said it was relocated by the "Pro" desk.

I picked up a pitchfork at my Home Depot in Austin. They were taken off the shelves and placed in a cart nearby the garden tools.
