It really depends on personal preference. Per KG you will likely find Kingroon a little cheaper. Kingroon prints "fine" and you likely won't have issues with tangled spools or nozzle clogging. However, Jayo is the better filament. Colors come out nicer and prints are a bit cleaner which is more noticeable when doing more precision prints. I have Jayo / Sunlu a tier above Kingroon. Imo Jayo is easily worth the dollar or so more than Kingroon per KG. I still use Kingroon at times for prototypes but right now I'm mostly using Jayo/Sunlu when not using Elegoo (which I have rated higher than both of them) for PLA or PETG. To answer you question as far as better value, you will likely get different answers but in my opinion Jayo is the better value.

Regardless which one you end up buying, If using PETG you should try and dry the filament prior to using it if you can or you can run in to issues with any brand. I try and dry PLA as well all though most people don't fell the need to - it could depend on the batch, brand or your home environment.

I wouldn't recommend the white as it prints out more of a milky white than a matte white I get with sunlu brand.

It seems there was a coupon issue the last few days which seems to have been resolved. Coupon RE14 is working again and there was a slight drop in price. Pre-coupon price is now $79.26 bringing the total to $65.26 after the coupon.
