DP here. Some will be making false posts claiming you will get eligible if you remove the Amex card, wait a few days and add again. That is not case. Never works. We tried on multiple accounts/cards. It is soo not the case that even on my acct where I removed the card 6+ months ago, it is still not eligible. And Amazon has had a few of these promos since then.

On the other hand, my partner's acct is eligible again. Never removed the card...

In short, if it says you are not eligible, dont bother wasting time removing and readding the card and then tracking the promo. Pretty annoying experience that we underwent just bc someone here was claiming it works. Not anymore
