Limit is 5 bars... and yeah, there's a lot of sugar in a 4 oz. bar of chocolate, but this is a "baking ingredient," not a snack food - and a typical candy bar (not pure chocolate) is under 2 oz, typically closer to 1.5 oz, in total weight (including chocolate and everything else in the candy.)

Can I eat this as is? Or do I really have to bake first?

Thanks for your comment. Didn't realize until I read it that these were semisweet chocolate and not the 100% chocolate that had been posted a couple times last week. Got 5 and was offered $3 digital credit just to postpone delivery till Monday.

If you're being serious,
It tastes like the chocolate morsels used in cookies.

48 grams of sugar per bar.<br />
A can of coca cola soda has 39 grams of sugar... for comparison.

It's for baking. Have you seen recipes call for 1-2 cups of sugar 🤤

Somehow the system tried to charge a $3 shipping fee. Had to cancel, remove from cart and order again.
