I really like vessel bits, but I'll never understand why, in what seem to be general use bit sets like this, they include various philips sizes and flat. It always seems to me better general purpose bit set would be just P2 and then a few of the most common mm hex and torx.

Yep they got that variety sq2, flat, p2, t25, t20.

How do these compare to the Makita Gold bits? I ask as I have done unspeakable things with the Makita gold and they are still going strong. They are getting harder to find though.

Just an FYI. When I opened the link it showed $19.99 but then I scrolled down to the Other Sellers section and found it for $10.44. New as well. Not sure why it's offering the full price seller at the top, but I'm glad I caught it!
