I think you're already getting the discount (15% max S&S savings and 15% coupon = 30% off).

The 15% coupon didn't show up on my two connected Prime accounts either though, so I had to use my "business" account for it to appear.

Getting the "business" account wasn't too difficult since they didn't ask for a license or confirmation, at least not in my case. But I do actually have a business [ecrater.com], so maybe Amazon's AI was able to figure that out. Regardless, I'm in for one pack at around $4; thanks OP.
