It's hard to tell exactly what's different, but it looks like the Nano II (here) is an older device. The Nano II branding is from a few years ago, its ad copy touts being used with older devices like the iPhone 14, and the device dimensions are larger.
The one you linked is Anker's newest 45W charger, I believe. In the real world you might get better support for a wider range of devices, and a smaller device. That particular listing also comes with a cable.

Found some specs. Nano II
https://service.anker.com/product...=Home_Page

Dimensions from Best Buy: 1.61 × 1.38 × 1.89 × inches

New Nano

They added a PPS protocol and made it smaller. There may or may not be other internal updates.

Anker sells quite a few 45w nano bricks, PPS is more designed for Samsung devices, but the other ones without the "PPS" wording also seem to superfast charge it? can this one fast charge the iphone 17 pro at max speed/wattage?
Superfast 2.0? Or just superfast?
Side note : my superfast 2.0 charger actually charges my note 10 Plus extremely fast too even though it doesnt list 2.0 on the screen.
My s24U does list it.

Thanks. I didn't need this but so many positive comments made me make another unnecessary purchase.

I ordered from BBuy and it came today. The dimensions are smaller than the 1.89". Looks closer to 1.6". Model A2664J11-1. I think the dimensions on the website are wrong. I wonder if there is actually a difference between the two models, or just the one version comes packages with the USB cable.

Also, I was able to apply my $10 credit and it worked. So it was like $6.50 shipped.

Ordered one also with the $10 certificate. I've had this charger since it came out years ago at a much higher price and it works great especially traveling nice and light weight. Nice to have another one at $6.

This is a good price, not amazing.

But a heads up that newer devices are starting to use a newer power delivery (PD) 3.2 standard power rate (SPR) protocol which supports (adjustable voltage supply (AVS). This essentially provides more granular or precise power to the device as it requests it.

Both Apple and Google have a new charger with this spec, and we will soon see 3rd parties like Anker making them. So expect to see anything with PD 3.0 and 3.1 reduce in price even more over the coming months.
