The one you linked is Anker's newest 45W charger, I believe. In the real world you might get better support for a wider range of devices, and a smaller device. That particular listing also comes with a cable.

Side note : my superfast 2.0 charger actually charges my note 10 Plus extremely fast too even though it doesnt list 2.0 on the screen.
My s24U does list it.

Also, I was able to apply my $10 credit and it worked. So it was like $6.50 shipped.
But a heads up that newer devices are starting to use a newer power delivery (PD) 3.2 standard power rate (SPR) protocol which supports (adjustable voltage supply (AVS). This essentially provides more granular or precise power to the device as it requests it.
Both Apple and Google have a new charger with this spec, and we will soon see 3rd parties like Anker making them. So expect to see anything with PD 3.0 and 3.1 reduce in price even more over the coming months.
