This is actually fantastic. These parts cost this much USED.

Also that PSU is good enough for a 5080. Source: I have an 850W and ran 3x 3080s off of it for 3 years with no issues.

I've built 50+ desktops and owned a PC repair shop - people way overestimate PSU needs.
the upgraded PSU yes, i dont recommend running a 5080 off of 600w lol. i've build 5+ desktops and have not owned a PC repair shop.

What? No. 600w PSU is a throwaway which means more expense later when upgrading which you WILL because the 3060 is 3 generations old at this point.

The 5080 uses 287 watts on average when gaming. (12 game average)7800x3d uses 60 watts while gaming. (12 game average)So 347 watts. That's well within the PSUs rated 600 watts.
As someone who STILL owns a pc repair shop, and has so for better part of 15 years, while people definitely go overkill on psu, there is a thing called transient spikes.

From my experience with CyberPower I would recommend doing your research on Better Business Bureau before placing any orders:
I purchased from CyberPower. The build quality was not that great missing extra fans ordered and poor wiring. It eventually died at 1 year exactly. Customer service was horrible and offered no help.
I would not recommend CyberPower

I am sorry. Paying $850 for a 7800X3D / 16GB / 1TB configuration with an RTX 3060 is absolutely stupid. And with a low-end WD Green SSD too. Because somehow you missed the previous 20 deals with an RTX 5060 in the same price range.

Go ahead, hit me with TDs because you wasted your money on this dud already or because you can't take the s word.

You can change for a 850W PSU for just 34$ more

Changing power supply is pretty invovled and requires a lot of cable management. I would pay for more futureproof upfront and just drop in new video card in the future. And for just 35 bucks for 850w, it's not a big cost.

Can you link to 7800X3D with 5060 for $850 please....I must had looked at hundreds of desktops since I'm trying to jump to maybe a 7800X3D.

All I see is over a grand but no 7800X3D that at that price is just better to ditch 5060 althogether...and over 1k is not the "same price range".

So, the idea is to get this, then snag a better GPU like 5070 on sale for sub $500 bucks, and you end up with a very decent gaming machine for ~$1400?
Honesty not too bad, but yea CyberPower has terrible reviews, IMO I would keep waiting until black friday.

The idea to buy a PC with gaming optimized CPU and then settle for a TWO-generation-old graphics card is brilliant. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Right. Or you can just buy a $1400 PC with a 5070.

It's OK folks. Whatever mental gymnastic you want to do to fork over your money for a PC with a two-generation-old graphics card is fine with me. For CyberPowerPC and Slickdeals the money is all green.
