And the best part was that I wasted nine of those ten hours innocently working with their inaccessible Philippines chatters trying to pay them to finish the port. Absolutely nightmare company. Ended up having to cancel and had a similar but different plan set up on USMobile within half an hour and ported successfully. Have both AT&T as well as Verizon simultaneously for around the same price. But not the watch plan, which was one major advantage of Visible, the Bait and Switch Company.
