I have something like this from an old Slickdeals post from years ago…. And the $20 otoscope I bought is nicer than the $400 Welch Allen I had from med school. Use it often and it's been helpful to be able to take pictures of the tympanic membrane. Wouldn't use it to remove cerumen though.

I bought this 6 months ago for $20 so it's a good deal. Just be aware it consistently disconnects 100% of the time roughly 20 seconds after first connecting. Once I reconnect, it's more stable - still disconnects but guaranteed to do so at least once.
Still worth $6
