I could have used this last week. I had a big blockage in my right ear. Couldn't hear anything out of it, plugged up feeling, pain. I bought some ear drops at target and it took like 6 days of usage to get rid of it.
Get one of the elephant ear cleaners. It's like a spray bottle with a nozzle to shoot water into your ear. You use half warm water and half peroxide.

Does this require an app that requires complete access to your phone pictures, contacts, etc?

Probably but so does most other apps, so if you're truly worried you likely already have a phone that has nothing on it dedicated to these random apps on an isolated VLAN in your home network

Does it come with a coupon for ear surgery after this contraption perforates the eardrum or loses a piece in the ear canal?
Could save you time save you time and possibly a center console if your car likes to swallow up every little goody trinket and vitamin you drop...🤓
