Good luck. I placed my order back on April 8th for the 77inch G5. At the time showed schedule delivery of October 9th for the Bluetooth Speaker, October 14th for the TV, and October 17th for the Soundbar. On October 10th I received the Bluetooth Speaker. Then received the Tracking info only after it was already delivered. Then October 12th I received a text saying my order is currently in back-order status and going to be rescheduled for October 29th. Which I'm assuming is the Soundbar. Because I did notice on the website if you go to the page for the Soundbar it says Backorder. But if you click on that it adds to cart and says ready to ship. Now I'm getting text from LX Pantos saying that it's ready to ship. Yet it will only let me reschedule delivery for November 3rd at the earliest. Yet the LG website right now says order for Delivery on October 24th. And yet here we are 4 days passed the delivery date of October 14th that I was given 10 days ago when I placed the order.

Yes. go to, my orders> manage orders > cancel (available only for tv) if you select that it will cancel all the freebies too. Then order again.

Damm you Slick deals......how am I going to explain this when it gets delivered in a few days. Maybe they won't notice and I can say I upgraded the streaming quality service to 4k LOL. Anyhow good deal. I usually compare prices, and this one is pretty hard to beat.

When I check out the order I keep seeing error "we've encountered a problem processing your payment …". Have tried different cards and payment options and no luck. Contacted LG support and they are going to escalate to their support team. Has anyone encountered this his problem and know how to get around this?
