However, I was able to get Best Buy to price match in the agent chat by saying my zipcode is in 19087 (same as Microcenter). After that, they are able to ship it to you for the same price. From what I know a pretty killer deal. 31% off a brand new macbook is not common at all. Latest model technically since only M5 base chip macbook pro has been released.

That is not with the Pro chip. It is with the base M5 chip. The max configuration on the one coming out is 24GB with 1TB storage. This laptop is going to be better than the M5 chip in terms of specs.

If you're going to do AI, best to wait for the M5 Pro and Max, let alone the Ultra. Looks like they'll have way way better performance.
