Not sure I like the battery placement. That is very high and upsets center of gravity. I've had a bike like that and really did not like it. Simple physics

But that's part of the "I'm a motorcycle *wink*wink*nudge*nudge*" aesthetic. I mean, the description of the listing is "Moped-Style Electric Bike For Adults".

So it has a triple fork, quasi-gas tank, a "Moto-Style Round Headlight", "Twist Throttle with Cruise Control" and turn signals so it can look like a...motorcycle? I mean, its not really "moped style" as most mopeds are the Vespa-like scooters you ride flat footed, not straddling.

And mopeds are generally limited to under 30mph, so its not really a moped, its a "Moped-Style" electric motorcycle. But since it doesn't have a VIN, its not registerable as a street legal motorcycle. Kind of puts the kibosh on "IDEAL USE: ...Commute" unless you're a park ranger or something.
