First time posting so sorry if something in the post is incorrect.

Saw this clearance price at my local Walmart store. YMMV but if anyone is close by, this is the Rosemead, CA store with 3 left at their locked up clearance section

Apparently it keeps your drink warm longer and needed an app to tell you that...A case of solving no problems

I have one of these. Such a hassle to use to keep my drink warm through an app. And it's doesn't hold enough to make it useful unless you like to sit out for an hour and sip on your coffee.

The concept is awesome though. I did buy a bigger no name brand travel mug version off Amazon that holds about 20+oz that lets me change the temp directly from the mug without an app. I didn't realize how much I would love it but now being able to heat up and keep coffee as a set temp is a must have for a travel mug for me now. Just ember's version is shitty and inefficient.

I don't understand all the threadctapping in here. This is a great price for a very solid product. Don't take my word, check reviews online. Thanks for sharing it OP.

The use case for this is keeping your hot beverage hot using a built in battery/heater. The app is to set the exact temperature you want to keep, once set you don't need the app each time. Great for parents with young kids who always seem to have cold coffee.

I have two of the 14oz. I really enjoy them. You don't need to use the app unless you want to customize the temperature. Once you do it, you don't need the app. I checked a couple of times only to check the charge level %. I paid $79 at BJ's awhile back.

Does this version have the plastic liner that starts peeling off after a few months?

I bought one from the brand VFZO, but the other brands look pretty similar. I was just looking for the one that could hold the most liquid.
