I own something very similar to this. My wife tried it and didn't like it so I acquired it. It is the only pillow I have ever found that allows me to wake up without a stiff neck/pinched nerve feeling. I wouldn't get them consistently by any means, but every now and then I'd get the worst "slept wrong" feeling for a couple days.

I have had this style pillow for 4 years and have never once woken up with that feeling or a sore/stiff feeling.

This is obviously anecdotal, but as a skeptic it has been a sleep changer.

Do you remember how much it cost then?

I've got the Osteo Cervical pillow that's similar to this and agree with the other commenter -- it's nice because it has two heights so is good for either back sleepers or side sleepers. no idea if this specific model is good though. mine is this one Osteo Cervical Pillow for Neck... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09964W...b_ap_share

I have an older similar Tempur-Pedic version.
It's the only way I can sleep on my back.
Regular pillows put my neck out, resulting in tingling and numbness.

I bought a similar one for neck issues and I found it did not help at all, but each person is going to be different. Try it out, it might be the best thing you have ever used or the worst. Thankfully, you can return it to amazon.

I have the same comment as you. Before I used this kind of pillow, I always reason my bad feeling as a aftermath of my concussion couple years back. After I used this kind of pillow, I figured that it is just my pillow.
My personal experience is to sleep flat with back. It gives the best result. I got mine from woot.

Do you sleep on your back or your side?

Just got this. Works well for side/stomach but lying on my back it feels awkward. Probably take a few weeks to see if it helps
