Got one of these a while ago. I don't like it.

Mostly, because there is no speed control as you have on the big ones. That is, it spins up full speed, and you better have it perfectly aligned or it will start stripping the screw. Likewise, when screwing in, you can't slow it down near the end

I think for most small screws a decent manual screwdriver, maybe with ratchet, is more than sufficient, and perhaps better than this gadget.
I even prefer the cheap "Hyper Tough Precision" (which is neither, nor) kit.
