8 GB RAM is low, but they are still trying to sell Celeron N4500 Windows laptops with 4 GB at Walmart to this very day. Now that's below bare minimum.
The $220 price isn't attractive. But the worst part is probably the 128 GB UFS storage, with no M.2 slots for upgrading it according to Best Buy Q&A. It is on a one-way path to becoming e-waste. So yeah, maybe this should be $99, or $150 at most.

N305 takes it to another level with generally higher TDPs and double the cores, letting it hold its own against faster 4c/8t models.
Quad-core Skylake (which was iterated all the way into 10th gen i3 Comet Lake) is such an adequate level of performance that people will still be using those systems 10-20 years from now, or at least until they break.
The deal itself, meh for me. I've seen the i3-1215U and its refreshes down around this price, usually with better/replaceable storage. The i3-1215U with its mix of P/E-cores is going to be faster than an N305 in all situations, which is probably why Intel is expected to introduce a similar core configuration with its upcoming Wildcat Lake low-end chips.
