  • Condition Notes: A "factory reconditioned" item was returned, inspected, and restored to fully working condition by the original manufacturer or a certified partner. Each product comes backed by an assigned manufacturer warranty OR our very own (90 Day) Woot Warranty. It's as close to new as you can get without technically being "new".
  • Rated 4.7 out of 5 stars from customer reviews.
  • Don't have Amazon Prime? Students can get a free 6-Month Amazon Prime trial with free 2-day shipping, unlimited video streaming & more.

Last time this deal came on a few weeks ago, I bought two pairs. They've been fantastic. Effectively new. Still have 6 months of Apple warranty as well. To me, this is a no-brainer deal.

I already did that. I don't see any offers from Woot.
I have 4 different Chase credit cards and searched all of them with WOOT cash back offer, but there's none for woot.com

Check the offers from your checking account (debit card). Sometimes there are decent offers. Only use debit card to pay if the offer is worth the savings.

Are these even worth it if I don't own any Apple devices? I heard many of the features don't work with non-Apple devices and cannot be updated.

What are the chances these will be genuine?

What are the chances these are just recent returns that have minimal use (like new and in excellent condition?
I bought a set last month (or the month before) on similar sale at Woot. Mine have been great and are genuine Apple. Really glad I took a chance.

I'm debating between these and Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds (Costco deal - 139 - 25 dollar gift card). I've been anti air pods but I'm intrigued now. Bose was my first choice to replace my 6 year old Bose sport buds that finally stopped holding a charge.

I primarily use mine on android, but have an iPad that I use to update them and change settings.

You won't be able to update the firmware or change the settings without a 3rd party software (most of which aren't great) or access to an iOS device. Maybe it's different than when I got mine, but they come out of the box without their adaptive mode enabled, just pass through and ANC.

You also lose in ear detection, spacial audio (which I find gimmicky anyway), and find my tracking.

I don't think any of these are a deal breaker, and you can find ways around these limitations. I would say it's still worth it for $100 given how good the ANC is.

Honestly, even if you have a friend or family member who will let you connect them to their iOS device to set them up and modify the settings to how you like them, it's still worth it. You wouldn't need to do much tweaking after that. The firmware is basically end game at this point, so it's not like they need any regular updates.

The only caveat here is that it would potentially give them find my tracking ability, but you could turn that off in settings when setting them up.

I would give the airpods a go at this price.

Bose sound quality is great, and I realize fit is different for everyone, but I've had and returned multiple pairs of Bose earbuds because they were so bulky and uncomfortable. I have pretty big ears, so I can't imagine they're comfortable unless you're giving Dumbo a run for his money.

Was gonna get Airpods Pro 3. I want them. But like... That's $250 for 2x sound cancellation, vs $~114 after tax for these. I can live with it. Haha
