They had buy one, get a free tool for awhile a couple of months ago. What I wanted was the $30 inflator that was also on sale, so I picked up the driver with battery + this. The stuff is so good a deal for the quality I've since picked up the light and fan for $20 a piece as well.
BTW, when Lowe's has the buy one get one, if you buy in store they're hackable. Not online though.
