very unreliable for heart rate monitoring and even sleep monitoring isn't the best.
this is an expensive shiny accessory that has little real world utility, especially if you want reliable data

It's like buying an inkjet printer where the printer itself is almost free, but then the ink cartridges with the manufacturer, not OEM or 3rd party, will cost you an arm and leg.

Dang. I used my $200 Amex plat credit for the $199 Gen 3 a few months ago.

Had I known, I'd save the credit to get the Gen 4 for $75.
