This will take a long time to ship. I ordered one 2 weeks ago already (October 6) and I still haven't received a shipping notice. Not sure if your order will get fulfilled or not or how long it will end up taking.
Paying with TrueMed means that you might not be able to pay with your normal credit card for purchase protection, extended warranty, return protection, etc. Yes it's an option to use credit card and reimburse, but it's risky. Because if you do, then you have to go through the manual reimbursement process with your FSA/HSA provider instead and they'll most likely deny it.
They charge 20% restocking fee + return shipping on Garmin. Fenix 7X is a very big watch and it's honestly too big for everyone unless you're fairly overweight or are very muscular. Most endurance athletes are pretty skinny. I bought a 51mm Epix from another deal and it's way too big for my wrist at 16.5cm. I'm actually returning it because it's also too heavy and uncomfortable to wear, plus I can't wear it for sleep tracking because it's very uncomfortable. If it's comfortable for you and you don't care about your watch being oversized, then it might be a good deal.
Because of this I'd probably wait around a bit for another retailer to clearance a Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire or Epix Pro Sapphire 47mm. It has happened before, there were Epix Pro Sapphire 47mm refurb for under $400 during Amazon's early October sale.
Community Reviews
Garmin's Fenix 7X Pro Sapphire Solar stands out as a large, rugged fitness watch with offline maps, basic smartwatch features, and excellent battery life. The 51 mm size is the biggest talking point, with the thickness and weight making it feel oversized for smaller wrists and less comfortable under sleeves or for sleep tracking. Pricing has also been volatile, with coupon codes and checkout discounts sometimes lowering the total, while shipping can be slow. It is a strong fit if you want a big Garmin and do not mind the bulk.
Common Questions (5)
The code FALL worked for some shoppers, and GovX can lower the checkout price further. Reported final prices ranged from about $427.50 to around $570 depending on which discount applied.
The Fenix 7X Pro Sapphire Solar is 51mm, and it is widely described as a very large watch. It can feel oversized on smaller wrists and may be uncomfortable for sleep tracking or wearing under dress sleeves and jackets.
Shipping can be slow, with some orders still waiting for a shipping notice after about two weeks. Others later saw the listing show "Ships in 3-5 Days," so fulfillment timing appears to change.
Yes, it is described as a large fitness and health tracker with offline maps plus basic smartwatch features. It is also noted for strong battery life and being a non-OLED Garmin option.
Yes, split payment with an FSA card and a regular card is possible. That can help if your FSA balance is limited and you want to cover the rest separately.

Edit 11/5: Still not shipped yet as of 1pm EST. Seems like they created shipping labels and sent out shipping notification emails just for show.
