Omnibook has a much better processor/GPU and touchscreen, also comes with 1TB for $487 - only upside for Dell is it has WiFi 7 (you could swap the card yourself for $20 if it's that big an issue)

They always cut corners somewhere and 250-300 nits looks usable when you buy it. Good luck after a few years of fading brightness tho.
