Disney got a good thing with Mandalorian but they managed to screw that up too.

Am an amateur here but if it's only viewable through the app, should Fandango go away (doubtful in my view), so will support on the app. The fact that Apple upgrades when available seems big to me.

Do more research. You can watch things on a computer browser on Windows or Apple computers too. You cannot do that with apple and are stuck with their ecosystem which is huge.

That said, regarding apps both providers have discontinued support over time for certain hardware devices.
