I bought a giant 8 lbs bag of epson salt from Walmart for a few bucks from a recent deal. All you need is a teaspoon mix with 8 oz of water then you'd have bowel movement in an hour. I save a container full of it and my wife will use the rest for fertilizer. The bag clearly state that it is drinkable same as epson salt you get from a pharmacy.
