People on here always say this something is 'better', but leave out context.

The mini 4 pro is a better drone, but is over double this price.

The Mini 4 pro is over $800. The Mini 3 has the same camera as the Mini 4 pro so just keep the Mini 3.

Yes, but other company's product don't have that risk, and since it's slated to be reviewed and voted on by the end of this year, it could happen finally. So as a consumer it's a risk one should keep in mind. In fact, it feels like DJi isn't as prevalent as it used to be, but that's just my anecdotal observation.
That's also ignoring the fact that (on Android at least), the apps required to operate these drones have to be sideloaded. In other words, it's bypassing the Play Store restrictions, so if they're doing something funky, well... good luck on that. You can try and use 3rd party apps as an alternative, but it's yet another con against DJI.
Ultimately, we just need another competitor at this point.

Just fyi, all of these deals for the "mini 4K" are for the original mini. They're using the "4K" as a misleading title to make you think that it is the mini 4. it records in 4K and that's why they put that in the title. If you look up images of the mini 4, it is completely different than this one. This again is the OROGINAL mini released in 2019

Can someone that has this post if 1) It has a way to get real-time HDMI output and 2) if the remote will work with the little drones they sell? Looks like you need one of the new remotes to do either from what I'm seeing online...

I dont think this is correct entirely? Do you have links? if you click on the amazon reviews from 2021 or earlier are for the mini 2. This is Based on the Mini 2 or 2 SE? Not necessarily the mini 1

The mini 4 is the pro? Totally different product and twice as expensive. The mini 4k was released in 2024.
