Younger kids would stand up for the 10-20 mile ride
But I would say standing that long is not fun
I bought an ebike instead.

But this isn't a terrible price at all

Fitness level is the limiting factor. I used a scooter to get my car fixed. I was fine on the 8 mile ride home, fine for the 8 mile ride to pick up the car and had to do it all again because mechanic said no issue with the car, that is because he looked at wrong car. Had to drive home on scooter one more time then pick it up next day. My knees were killing me the next few days. So if you have no issues with your knees and are in good shape this should not be that much of an issue. This scooter has better tires and not sure may have shocks which should help.

31MPH if you unlock the limit. I'm assuming you can do it with an app or cutting a wire or something. Having one that goes 19MPH (which seems just fine to me), 31MPH seems really fast! But there are ones that go freeway speeds...
