I too have the the first Puramax and my only issue was the AC adapter failing over time. Replaced it for like 12 bucks and it works as good as new. You forgot how reliant you are on them until it stops cleaning the poop for you 😂.

My biggest issue with the first one is the litter that falls below the chamber and ends up on the floor in front of the unit. Poor design on that one. Hopefully that's corrected on this new one.
