Have they fixed the double click issue with the 2? I owned a Chaos Spectrum for almost 10 years and never had a double click. I buy a Superlight 1 and in less then two years it's borderline unusable.

Buy an aftermarket PCB and replace the OEM one. You can then apply your own mouse switches (kailh, etc) without soldering. There's one for both Superlight 1 and 2. Look up "hot swap pcb g pro x superlight" on amazon. Be mindful that in Asia they called it GPX/GPX2. It's done good to extend the lifespan of my Superlight 1 that double-clicked. I'd rather avoid soldering if possible so it's nice having a brain dead option. I even blew through a kailh switch after 1.5 years, so replaced it again immediately without much fuss since I bought a bag of them.

In other words, do not buy this.

The 2 uses a hybrid switch, the 1 used a mechanical switch.

Honest, the 1 was a trash mouse. Went through 3 of them in 2 years and I don't even play click heavy games. The original started double clicking at 13 months, the warranty replacement lasted like 4 months before the scroll wheel and side buttons started having problems, and replacement #2 lasted even less before the double clicking showed up again.

Even though the warranty was officially 1 year, Logitech essentially doubled the warranty because they know how bad the mechanical components are.

Logitech has coasted on their reputation for far too long. I used a chinese clone for 2 years now and have had no issue. Paying $24 for a clone vs $80 (or $150 in my case) for the genuine is worth it to me even if I replace the clone 3 times.

Which clone are you using? My Razer Viper has battery issues after 2 years.

The clones have many "brands" and it's not an exact clone: EWEADN X23Pro, ASIN B0DZX2SRTS on Amazon

Agreed, I've never had such an expensive mouse become useless so quickly.
