I have a cordless rotary tool from them and it's been great. Seems a lot more high end than I'm used to from cheap Chinese brands.

I got this last time it was on sale. I use it all the time for barber clipper repairs. Depends on what you plan to use it on. It is low torque so its good for me because my stronger electric screwdriver has stripped my screws before. If u need it for small electronics repairs id recommend it.

I got this last time. It is extremely weak. Would not turn a small screw on a computer main board. Check the video below; screw was not even tight or anything, I easily loosened it with the smallest gesture.
Reached out to HOTO customer service, and they suggested I manually unscrew it, then use the tool. Lamest thing I ever heard, like why would I need an electric screw driver if I am doing the job manually? I would advise strongly against it. Unfortunately I was out of town and missed the return period, so I got stuck with it now. It stands on my desk as paperweight.

Any suggestions. Got a diff one from fanttik and it's super weak too. Just started gig as a dell technician and it's too weak for 50% of screws in laptops and desktops.

Funny thing is, Amazon removed my previous review, does not let me add new review, and only 4-5 star reviews for this product are from Amazon Vine accounts, which is a program where they send you a free product and you write a good review in exchange of it, but you have to report them as income and pay taxes on all those products, so not worth really. But that tells you all you need to know about this.
As for any suggestion, I had not tried something else so far, unfortunately I do not have a large budget to keep trying stuff till find one working, but for sure Fanttilk was going to be my next one to try, and here you saved me with your feedback as well.

I can second this. It wouldn't even unscrew my NVME drive without manual work.

I have been in the Vine program for two years and I have written a lot of one/two star reviews.

I'm pretty confident this HOTO screwdriver is the same as the one in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVXnf1uwuiY
It's definitely not one of the better torque options. The Fanttick E2 Ultra currently has a $20 coupon making it $60 and best bang for the buck and most torque.

I am glad you are honest about your opinions, how ever I was not saying on Vine you only can give 4-5 stars. For this specific product, only 4-5 star reviews are from Vine users. I am glad amazon at least transparent on that.
Every time this product posted, I am tagging alone, and sharing my negative experience as well. If I can save 1 person to waste their money on it, I would of done my duty as a slick deals member. So far 1600 people viewed my video of this device failing to unscrew a simple fable NVME...I hope at one point HOTO will be realizing this, and they will understand they can not keep pushing subpar products to people, and advance their tools.Or loose their market. It is a simple math.
