Reached out to HOTO customer service, and they suggested I manually unscrew it, then use the tool. Lamest thing I ever heard, like why would I need an electric screw driver if I am doing the job manually? I would advise strongly against it. Unfortunately I was out of town and missed the return period, so I got stuck with it now. It stands on my desk as paperweight.

As for any suggestion, I had not tried something else so far, unfortunately I do not have a large budget to keep trying stuff till find one working, but for sure Fanttilk was going to be my next one to try, and here you saved me with your feedback as well.

It's definitely not one of the better torque options. The Fanttick E2 Ultra currently has a $20 coupon making it $60 and best bang for the buck and most torque.
Every time this product posted, I am tagging alone, and sharing my negative experience as well. If I can save 1 person to waste their money on it, I would of done my duty as a slick deals member. So far 1600 people viewed my video of this device failing to unscrew a simple fable NVME...I hope at one point HOTO will be realizing this, and they will understand they can not keep pushing subpar products to people, and advance their tools.Or loose their market. It is a simple math.
