That's true. But it's also true that the LG partner store is trash with terrible customer support.

Community Reviews

This 77 inch LG C5 OLED bundle stands out for premium 4K picture quality at a sharp Costco price, with free shipping and five years of total coverage included. The panel brings 120 hertz native refresh, Dolby Vision, HDR10, HLG, four HDMI ports, and LG's webOS 25 platform, making it a strong fit for movies and gaming. The main appeal is dark room performance and the long warranty, especially compared with older 77 inch OLED pricing. The caveats are OLED brightness in bright open rooms, burn in concerns, and reports of 2025 green tint issues, so it suits a more controlled viewing space.

Damn, C5 and G5 must not be selling well if they're getting heavily discounted this quick.

It's not really that 'cheap' when people are snagging 77s for 1500-1600. LG typically prices the C series aggressively, especially through their (horrific) store.

I was thinking the same thing. We paid $3200 for the 77" LG C1 OLED 4-5 years ago. Great TV at the time and still looks great in a dark room. It's in a open living room now and can't keep up with the ambient light. I was upgrade shopping last year and don't remember the 77" C4 being near $2K.
