Basic math tells me that a 43 oz pounch has 9 times as much tuna as a 5 oz can BUT the nutritional information suggests it actually has 14 times as much tuna (protein). Maybe there is a lot less liquid in the pouch relative to the solids. At 9x it is not a particularly great deal but at 14x it looks pretty slick.
