I ordered a Celestial tea 6-pack box last week and received 1 box... it was a whole thing with chat support to get them to fix that.

I am sure these would taste great, but how do the probiotics manage to live when you dunk this in hot water? Aren't they all going to die instantly before they get to your gut?
