the pole saw price is also terrific for their longer version; tends to go through a bit of bar n chain oil but its solid. Their 80v trimmer is a delight if you also need one of those, w a lower power switch by your thumb if you don't need the bonus power.

The battery shown at Best Buy is the older, larger 4Ah version. there is a newer, smaller 4Ah unit with 4 charge indicators, not 3 as shown.
EDIT: amazing how many people are shitting on this saw. It is a $160 saw.... This thing will do basically anything you need. Now if you are trying to cut down a tree >18", you could still do it but it will take some time/batteries for sure. For 99% of homeowners, this is the only saw you would ever need. Most trees of that size, you most likely should not be tackling or you already have a $800 saw for those needs.
Would love to see what similarly priced saw people can recommend.
