I've owned this for about 3 months and I love it a lot. I use it to record audio for online content, stand up comedy (in live settings to reduce room noise) and to record odds and ends for commentary or voice acting submission cliips. You can set the gain on the device itself so it even works well with a basic voice recording app that has no bells and whistles.

Longest range I have used this mic for is about 25 feet and it had no issues, no cutting out, etc. I've used it to record myself doing stand up comedy in front of about 50 people tops so far - it records my voice well, gets some of the room tone (audience laughing when I don't suck) and the bluetooth connection via my phone/mic/receiver have not had any interference with other devices/phones/whatever in the vicinity.

I have not used any higher end ones so I can't compare it to anything truly expensive and HIGH QUALITY but for $60, I am consistently shocked at the quality and usefulness of this mic set.

Also, you can set gain independently for each mic so if you wanted to record an interview with someone, set the gain for each to avoid clipping & record directly into a basic voice note app. You do that, and baby, you got a podcast goin'!

Just in terms of audio quality this Neewer CM28 or the DJI Mic Mini?

If you make any online content, wear a dang mic please. At the very least, it polishes your channel and increases professionalism, at the very least.

You said "at the very least" twice. How least are we talking, here?

Trying to do it and it's not accepting the code, though it is then adding a $12 promo code, but it's only dropping to $67 + tax

Just tested - works fine for me. If you're doing cut and paste, make sure there aren't extra spaces being caught.

For 55 bucks this is good deal and comparable (or better) than anything in a similar price range. If you record any kind of content and don't have a mic already it's a no-brainer.

I picked the Anker M650 over this (I like the round shape ) but if the Neewer was this price at the time I'd have gone the other way.

I have no idea - but I can't believe the price difference on wireless mics. You can spend $15, $55 here, or $220 for DJI Mic 2 or i assume infinity.

I paid $5 more like a month ago and love em. They sound quite good and easily switch between my phone, computer, and camera.

Owned this since May of last year and paid double. Great price but I have noticed a trend of all wireless lav mics going down in price.
Adjustable gain for each mic. When set to mono both mics record to one track. When set to stereo mic 1 is Left channel and mic 2 is Right channel. This makes it easier when editing. They also accept TRS wired mics for a cleaner or more discreet look.
Mainly used with my mirrorless but sometimes used independently as they have onboard storage which is actually amazing at this price point. I have used it on my phone (Android) and it works well.

Great mics. I use this to record internal quality assurance videos in a super loud machine shop and these mics have unbelievably good background noise suppression. I don't even have to fiddle with the audio in post.

In terms of audio quality, DJI Mic Mini.
In terms of value, this.

Unless you already have a highly successful hobby/profession, this will do more for you per dollar than DJI.
If you got the cash to spare, go DJI for futureproofing on your success.
But genuinely nothing wrong with this if you need something to hork your voice into.

If you plug the receiver into your computer it shows up as a standard USB microphone.
I use these for all my daily zoom meetings. So much more comfortable than wearing a headset. Sound quality is great, you'll be the best sounding person on the call.
