For the price its really good, its better than most benches, also declines as well. I've had it for over a year and its still in great condition

I would only use at most 100-120lbs total on on a bench like this. Lighter than that you should be fine. I'd say
Gym equipment is something you don't want to cheap out on since if it caves it could be your life. Try to see if you can find a Fitness Reality 2000 Super Max XL local.
