Community Reviews

Baseus Eli 2i Fit are open ear headphones that stand out for comfort, easy pairing, and surprisingly solid sound for the price. They stay in place for workouts, work well around the house or office, and can sound clear with decent bass and good call quality. The main drawbacks are the awkward charging case, limited app and control features, and some reports of weaker sound at higher volume or uneven battery life. A practical low cost option if you want open ear listening without bone conduction buzz.

"Better than Shokz Open pro"??! Dude, you're really trying so hard selling Baseus. If not, then you're one of Baseus employees
Didn't care for the shokz -- poor sound quality, low volume even at max, proprietary charging cable, no charging case / having to charge after drained, physical buttons, buzzing against the temples, uncomfortable in bed, poor fitment. I'm not a bone conduction fan

Can anyone share experiences with this as far as comfort, sound quality, and app/EQ? Thank you.
Fairly comfortable, sound quality is average better, EQ is more on the bass side. The only down is battery life uneven. On my set, one of the earpiece can only last about 4 hours of listen before it goes out, while the other piece is only at 60%. Not a deal for my, since it charge base in 15 minutes or so. I treat it as a forced rest period after listening for 4 hours.

I bought 3 different top line shokz (bone conduction) and 3 different top line baesus (air conduction).

The bone conduction are better if you go out and need to hear everything. It works better for people with certain ear problems. Vibration the name of the game. Can cause head ache. Sound leak when use at high volume. Certain hz is poor because different materials vibrate differently. Need to be lighter for easier usage. Need to be heavier for the vibrations to work better. I dont like the proprietary charging cord. But I think it is better in water vs usbc port. ($350 total spent). I stop using it because of the sound leak. Vibration on objects make sound. Bought 3 different models at different time. One broke because plastic got old.

The air conduction is direct towards your membranes. I can listen at the lowest volume. No sound leak at mid volume. But it does cover part of the ear holes making it more difficult to hear other sounds. I can use it with just one ear. Exchange right for left when one die. Better recreation of sound. I am currently using beausus. ($200 in total) I lost about 1 ear on each model. Because I only listen via one ear, it is fine. It is cheap enough to buy replacements vs apple ear pod. Sound OK as bluetooth go. I talk to customer service on the phone and everything was fine.i think it is better than me yelling while using the speaker setting on my phone. Bought 5 in different models and colors. Some has different amount of play time. Should last over 6 hours of continuous playing. Most last over 9 hours. I listen at the lowest volume.

Extra info... I have the momentum 4. So I know what good bluetooth is. I got the wired headphone for home use. 6xx, 1570, xs.

What is the difference between these and the BC1s for $20 that was posted just a few weeks ago?

Got mine today. Some quick observations

• Difficult to open the charging case. Frustrating to open. I had to use my fingernail to pry it open.
• No official app support for the Eli 2i fit (Android, ios) no ability to customize the touch control. Doesn't beep for touch control
• No multipoint
• Sound is good but goes bad at higher volume. Doesn't sound as clear as the Anker v20i
• No neck cord as seen in the review images
• Pairs quickly to the last connected device. I paired 3 devices. need to disconnect before you pair with another device
• Fit is comfortable even in bed. weight is balanced

The case is so bad I wouldn't keep them. I bought them for my boomer parents. If I can't open the case easily then they for sure wouldn't be able to.

Got these yesterday and they are surprisingly good. I have narrow ear canals and in-ear phones don't fit. Bass is better than expected and they pair easily. Sound clear and phone works well. I tried to buy another pair today but ccde didn't work, perhaps because of second attempt.

I put a piece of blue tape on inside of upper lid and ran it out the case and folded over so about 1/2 inch sticks out and it makes it very easy to open. My mom would never be able to open case without that.

Got these. HATE THESE.

Uncomfortable compared to openfit.
They fall off the ear somewhat easily.
Lower quality sound.
Controls do not work well. Cannot start and stop audio with them. Can only get the AI assistant to come up.
App does not connect.
Case is difficult to open.

Returning to Amazon.
